I not satisfied with the way they handled this complaintIn their resolution's they stated they would repay the balance, but I have not received any repaymentObviously their are covering up an issue that need to be addressed and posted on your websiteHow can this be a resolved issue? They lied about repaying my account Can they provide documents of the miscommunication? We received a letter regarding ID [redacted] we have reached out today to the client and left direct contact information so that we can update the resolution It is our standard policy here at the CBO to always deliver a response to all calls within hours, I sincerely apologize and hope this member will allow Baptist Health to continue being the provider of choiceIf you should have any please don’t hesitate to reach out to our billing department @ ###-###-#### Thank You, [redacted] CBO Supervisor

In reference to patient’s additional information concerning complaint ID [redacted] , a refund check #for $was issued on 09/24/ Concerns have been addressed with the Operations Manager of the servicing practice [redacted] BHMG CBO Director

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.If they wish to repay I haven't received any refundsBut in addition it doesn't cover my expenses that may occur due to recovering my credit score or time to follow up to make sure my credit is not going to be destroyed because of their lack of misunderstandingSecond, they need to clean up the lies they noted in their computer systems if need I can proved the dataThird the billing department did not go outside their system it failed inside due to the lack of follow up once we realized its an error which they wished not to changeSo, three things need to happen, notes in the Baptist computer system changed, 2nd letter from credit bureau that this does not effect my credit and 3rda refund is nice but in addition my time spent the last several months putting up with this crap because of misunderstanding! I addressed this back in November and now they are admitting is a misunderstanding.Regards,*** ***

1. They lied about repaying my account.

The wound has been created when Baptist Medical chose to get the collection agent involved while the dispute was active. Baptist Medical did not make any attempts to discuss or even say they that the dispute was denied or make any attempts to communicate. I was under the impression that Baptist was working to resolve my dispute. Over 8 years I have never disputed a bill, but when they sent the bill to collection changed everything. NOW my request is for Baptist to send a letter from their billing department that the collection firm did not effect my great credit. 2nd I want my medical record disputed for the inaccuracy data the doctor wrote in their computer. I have the copy and can provide if needed. 3rd  I requesting the original dispute posted on Revdex.com website so other people want be scammed by this outfit (Baptist Medical). That firm in prospect has failed to meet the needs of public in this area, many have left because of the poor communication or lack of care, etc.   I don't know what else to say they just suck, I don't need them!    ]Regards,[redacted]
