Our roof had several areas that had rotted and leaked, but no damage from storms- it was just very oldHe was the only businessman honest with us about insurance not covering thisOthers tried to convince us that insurance would cover it, but we knew better, so they did not seem very trustworthyCorey's bid was also the lowest, possibly because he was not trying to scam the insurance company
He and his men completed the job in days, with rain the middle day The team had everything covered securely so that there were no issues with the rain that dayThe men were respectful and friendly, and each of them would answer our questionsThey kept plastic around the yard to catch the trash, then used magnets around the house to pick up nails, also raking to pick up any extra trash from the jobThere have been several hard rains since the completion, and have been no further leaks We could not be more pleased with the work!
