We received the customer's complaint regarding to a non-functional QR Code which was provided as a service by our company. Unfortunately the third party software that we used to create these codes is not longer in serviceThe program has bugs that need to be fix in order to start pointing
all sites to these codesWe tried to contact this company but unfortunately we haven't receive a response for over months.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  
Mr [redacted] could been man enough to let me know what the problem was. I called several times no response, emailed no response.  To bad I have to waste all this time getting an answer.  After he told me he would take care of the problem and would fix it.  I well never do business with him again. Hope this complaint says on his record so other people know what they are dealing with
