I have spoken with [redacted] at [redacted] (925) 473-0277 he advised that he would have no problem respraying the rim...All parts where replaced and we are happy to provide invoices for any part in question..Also the insurance company paid for a used hood and fender which we replaced with brand new...

factory parts and did Not charge the vehicle owner or the insurance company any extra...Hood sticker was ordered from [redacted] at [redacted] and is to be here on or before March 15 per [redacted] at [redacted]. The "PART OF THE BUMPER WITH HAS A LOT OF SCRACHES" was ordered from [redacted] brand new .. We have reordered the part per Mr [redacted] request and it is here at the shop and will install at a time that is convenient for Mr. [redacted]. Mr [redacted] is aware that he has a 1000.00 usd deductible and we will be pursuing this upon completion

I am rejecting this response because:at the beginning of the repair,[redacted] the manager offered me that he will pay for the deductible I said ok,he will replace all the parts that the car  need.the water splash shield was'nt repace alot of mud when I look at it and showed it to him.why he recieved the lower part of the bumper if it has an scractch from the dealer.he is a liar.I would like to bring my car to another repair shop,because I dont trust [redacted] nor the shop no more.and also before the repair he ask me to pay the 1000 deductible,and I told him that I could not afford to pay the deductible.And I told that I'm going to get the check from the insurance company,he said that no need to pay for the deductible  and he will fix the car witch I agreed for. I don't want to bring my car back to him.the wheel said that the repair shop was done in the bay area and he could not bring it back there.but his son told me it was done in sacramento.he's a liar.
