[redacted] was in the restaurant with another guestThey had ordered food itemsShe did complain that her food (I believe the Shrimp Tacos) were not hot enoughAt this time our manager Stevetta, took the item from the table and had a fresh one made for herThe other guest at the table told us her food was fine and she did not want it re-made and she proceeded to eat itIn under minutes the new order of shrimp tacos were brought to herShe seemed happy with this and she proceeded to eat the second shrimp tacosDurning this time she continued to complain that the food took too long to come out in the first place, so even though we make the Shrimp Tacos twice for her and she did eat them, our manager Stevetta chose to take them off of her billThey did receive a bill for the other two food items totaling less than $which her friend eat and said was fineThe rest of her bill was for drinks, which she had no complaints about and her and her friend drank all of.We feel that having taken care of her complaint about the cold food by re-making it and not charging her, we have done all we can to try to make her happy and are unwilling and unable to refund the drinks or the rest of the food.Please let us know if you have any other questions about this matter

My bill was not 15....so how was the tacos taking offWe waited over a hr for our food and drinks at this point I didn't tell them my food was fine what I did say I was starving and haven't ate all day so there for I didnt want to wait while I was drinking for food to be in my stomach bc this restaurant lacks hospitality customer serviceEither here nor there this happened during my birthday which is in sept it's now mayI haven't been there and wil not allow my friends and family to give this place any moneyThe manger was rude and when I called the next day that manger seemed to be rudeIv dined at many other places since than due to my line of business I haven't any problems nor issuesAnd this email full of accusations just irritated my souls even more being filled with liesA hr to sit than a hr waiting for for and drinks and this establishment is trying to convince someone that this is good customer service
