This company does inform residents of changes and will not respond to correspondence about questions or issues
BACKGROUND: Had a one year contract for an apartment; days before the end of the rental got a generic email saying to give notice to move out or call to renew; debated leaving because of the poor rental conditions (no maintenance unless paid by residents & no resolution of issues see below) and price; decided to renew very close to the move out date; at that time I was informed that my unit (or the building - don't know due to no transparency) had changed and if I was to renew there were changes in conditionsI was told that the rent was being raised (25/mo) and I would now be charged a MONTHLY fee for having a pet (that I've always had 35/mo)For a lack of options/time, I renewed
Shortly after doing so, I was bombarded with email messages (up to per day, for days on end) which stated
"Hello ...,
BAR INVEST GROUP has invited you to activate your Online Portal,
I love my unit and the management company is greatAlways reply the same day regarding maintenance request or any questionThe property manager of my building is the best and always available by phone or by mailFumigation every month, common areas clean and apartment in perfect condition
