It is unfortunate that this tenant feels that a landlord request for them to pay the rent from month to monthWhat has happened is that they were months behind in rentWe have been working with this family since June of trying to get them caught upWe have not charged for late fees for most
of the months and the other months we actually cut them in halfWe have received NSF check from them, continual late pay and some months no paySo unfortunately when tenants do not do their part, they find things that we do wrong They have a unauthorized pet that we found out just recently when arriving to serve a day evictionThere had been an unauthorized tenant as wellWhen this was brought up to the tenant this is when things started to go bad as well as being in excess of months past dueAgain we have been working with the tenant for many many months by putting them on a payment plan that they have failed to meet. Bar KR Properties does not own the *** *** ***s so the information that she has given is incorrect.I have plenty of emails and follow up emails to our phone conversations that show that we have been trying to work with themIf you need me to send them I can do this.Thank you *** ***
