cost of shipping incurred by Bar Stool Co. is withheld from the refund. As noted, the cost of shipping the stools was $65.38 and the same cost to ship the stools back to our warehouse. This is why $130.76 was withheld from the customer's refund. All of this was explained in detail to the customer and is outlined clearly in our return policy which I have included a screen shot of. I am rejecting this response because:This is a flat out lie , I returned these stools the next business day.  And yes now they have corrected the size of the stools. When I ordered the stools it had a different size , why would I order stool that was way below that does not make since . This is highway robbery ! I called the next day and spoke to Jeff and [redacted] through the chat and they said nothing about paying for shipping I asked , they said I was well within time to return the stools and No policy was posted on their site what so ever , While I understand they are a new business they cant go around changing things on the site and then saying the customer know about it . They wont be in business very long at all !!!
