market, I told him we should put a bigger unit & that he need recommended a bigger unit plus he needed to change his very old coils insideHe needed to upgrade his electrical to amp instead of amp and the unit cost was a total of $3,His response was let's just change the unit for now and we will see, he paid me only $2,500.00.He had the same problems from his electrical because he didn't upgrade to larger like I recommended prior to installing the new unitThat hurt the capacitor and the compressorOn 10/16/he called me again and said the electrical is tripping the breakerI told him once again the he needed to upgrade the electrical first, it could be the compressor but upgrade first then call meAt this time, called me before 5pm and and said I need a new compressor its gone badSo I told him if the old compressor has passed the one year warranty, then there is no warranty and I will charge you $1,to replace the compressor but you also need to change your coils, his reply was that's fine just replace the compressor for nowI have witnesses when this conversation took placeI brought him a new compressor at night and changed it with a new filter, new site glass, new start kit, new Rrefrigerant, welding, vacuum and completed the jobThe next day we checked the install date of the old compressor and it was passed the month warranty by two and a half monthsThen he decided to only pay me $instead of $1,Just like always, he never pays the amount which was initially agreed uponI was very upset and told him that by not paying me my full price, then I will not do business with crooks like you ever again.I have been in this field for more than years and have never had any problems or complaints from any of my customersI always help them with the price and do my best to make the customerhappy, but Mr*** is a greedy person and always takes advantage of me, therefore, I refuse to do any work for him in the future.Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have further question.Thank you&

Mr. [redacted] called me on 8/13/2014, he requested a new unit for his market, I told him we should put a bigger unit & that he need recommended a bigger unit plus he needed to change his very old coils inside. He needed to upgrade his electrical to 50 amp instead of 30 amp and the unit cost was a total of $3,700.00. His response was let's just change the unit for now and we will see, he paid me only $2,500.00.
He had the same problems from his electrical because he didn't upgrade to larger like I recommended prior to installing the new unit. That hurt the capacitor and the compressor. On 10/16/15 he called me again and said the electrical is tripping the breaker. I told him once again the he needed to upgrade the electrical first, it could be the compressor but upgrade first then call me. At this time, called me before 5pm and and said I need a new compressor its gone bad. So I told him if the old compressor has passed the one year warranty, then there is no warranty and I will charge you $1,800 to replace the compressor but you also need to change your 3 coils, his reply was that's fine just replace the compressor for now. I have witnesses when this conversation took place. I brought him a new compressor at night and changed it with a new filter, new site glass, new start kit, new R22 refrigerant, welding, vacuum and completed the job. The next day we checked the install date of the old compressor and it was passed the 12 month warranty by two and a half months. Then he decided to only pay me $800 instead of $1,800.00 Just like always, he never pays the amount which was initially agreed upon. I was very upset and told him that by not paying me my full price, then I will not do business with crooks like you ever again.
I have been in this field for more than 20 years and have never had any problems or complaints from any of my customers. I always help them with the price and do my best to make the customer
happy, but Mr. [redacted] is a greedy person and always takes advantage of me, therefore, I refuse to do any work for him in the future.

Review: I called mr [redacted] last year to put me brand new cooling unit on 8/13/2014 and he told me it has one year warranty with part and labor during one year I had to call him three time it caused me problem its not cooling good so he keep replacing some part and I had to pay him first time 45$ second time 75$ and last time he told me that I had to replace electrical wire which I did cost me 460$at last on 8/10 the cooler went bad again the compressor went done I had to bring second opinion and he told me is the compressor for sure nothing else so I called mr [redacted] on 10/14 /2015he replace the compressor and charge me 800 $ more and the cooler still not function right so I called him to let him know whats going on and he told be he will be here on monday 10/19/2015 he did not come and not not answer my phone calls. I know this guy for 7 years that I dealt with him on the past and I had no problem before . so please let see what you can do for me after I paid him 3420 $ with cheches one 2500$ on 8/13/2014/ and 800 $ on 10/16/2015 and some cash .Desired Settlement: I wont him do come and fix it the right way and give receipt with one year warranty including the labor and parts.
