Review: Contracted for new risers as well as a complete new steam boiler system with Barak. Following problems occured, when heat was turned on, excessive heat usage due to plumbers inability to set the thermostat, fail to correctly set operating pressure - resulting in excessive natural gas usage and water usage, numerous leaks, due to high operating pressure.Manufacturer has no record of purchase of these Boilers, therefore, promised warranty in doubt.Barak refused to return and correctly set operating pressures, therefore, had to hire another Heating and Ventilating company to correct.On a previously replaced steam riser, it was determined that some of the radiators were incorrectly hooked up, therefore, resulting in loss of heat and many dollars to correct.There have been numerous quality issues with all of the work performed in the past for which Barak refuses to address.His lack of professionalism has damaged the reputation of our apartment building.Desired Settlement: Demonstrate the existence of a Manufacturers Warranty for this equipment.To reimburse us for the expenses incurred in correcting the deficiencies.Reimbursement for the excess natural gas and water usage.
