Review: On October **, 2012,I was issued a store credit at Barami, after returning an item that cost $189.99. I returned to the store on November *, 2013, and was told that I could not use the credit, as the salesperson needed to check with the manager, and would call me when she got the okay from the manager. After waiting for a call for 10 days, I called the store and was told by the salesperson that my store credit had expired, as their "system" would not recognize credits that were over one year old. On the receipt, there is no information that indicates that store credits expire after one year.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, not a store credit, of the $189.99 that I spent for an item that I returned to Barami.
