I have been a patron of this establishment for several years and I have never been treated like this by any other facilityI had a cat who was extremely ill and need to be seen immediatelyI was told that I could possibly be worked in and to bring him inWe sat there for over an hour when I contacted another establishment who worked us in immediatelyWe felt ignored and a burden which should never be the case
My cat had a fever of upon arrival of the other facility who immediately rushed him to the back and started emergency careI am highly disappointed that this company did not even offer to take a temperature but continued with visiting with patrons who were there for nail trims and wellness visitsHighly disappointedWill not be backWill not recommend their services to anyone, ever
