On December 4th, I paid Barar contracting $3105.94 for permitting through FDEP,FWC and Highlands Co.
Completion date was verbally agreed to be end of February.
On February 17th, Barar contracting contacted me stating permits had been completed and the first draw of 25% down was needed to move forward with aquatic weed removal and sea wall construction. Barar contracting was then paid $7,455.39 as agreed in written proposal signed by myself and *** of Barar contracting.
As of April 24th/2020 there have been no permits applied for, and no work has commenced on weed removal of construction of sea wall.
On April 27th, I sent an Email to Mr. requesting return of money's paid. Have not heard anything From Barar contracting regarding their intentions and it appears that they have no intention of refunding money.

Refund Barar contracting did partially remove a dock leaving debris in yard. and forcing us to pay to dock boat at marina. I am willing to pay for the partial dock removal. I am requesting return of all other funds
