return a day that was sunny when we returned to do the tachup the day was sunny and I was surprised to look that the house wetI looked at the top of the house and saw that it was dry therefore I take a ladder, went up to the first roof of the house and I noticed that parts were wet and parts were dry I took photos around the house and came down from the roof to show them to Mr*** and ask for an explanation Mr*** the only thing he told me was that it was Mother Nature for which that answer did not make sense to me, because where the shade of the trees hit was dry and where it did not hit the shade was wet what caused us a lot of curiosity is that since we started to paint the house was always dry and when we needed about four hours to finishMr*** stopped us because the house was wetMr***'s garage was excluded from the contract therefore I went and observed the garage and it was completely dry I also took pictures of the garage and the only conclusion we reached is that Mr*** was wetting his house to not pay the amount of the contractWe told him that he needed to pay the deposit because we invested money in painting and materialsMr*** offered me a dealOffered me the amount of $ dollars and to come back next summer to finish the touchupI told him it was not fairHe said he was going to give us the amount of $ 2,dollars to cover the expenses and that even if we finished the tachup, he would not pay us the rest of the moneyUntil today we have not received the final payment of the projectWe had to hire an *** *** to collect the rest of the moneyThey have been in contact with Mr*** by phone & e-mailThe 2,that Mr*** gave to ccpainting can not be returned for the following reasons# 1: Only the labor costs of painting and materials that were used in your home are covered.# 2: Mr*** has not presented anything in writing to ccpainting or the ***# 3: It was an immature way of acting of Mr***# 4: CCPainting never refused to finish the job, Mr*** did not allow CCPainting to finish the job The evidence we have will only be shown to the Revdex.com if necessary, to confirm that what is being written is true. I am rejecting this response because: CC Painting does not understand the effects of humidity, evaporation, dew point and condensationIn fact my house is surrounded by wetlands which increases the humidity at my propertyI warned CC painting that this was a caution and they still don't understandThe last thing the manager said to me as he was leaving is "I'll see you next year"The agreement that day was he would return when weather permittedHis accusation that I would purposely water down the house is slanderousHe has let me know now that he refuses to return and finish the jobMy recourse is to hire someone to come fix itI now ask CC Painting to return my $so I can hire some one to paint my house for expected appearance and protection
