Review: At the Arden Fair mall on 8/5/2013 I bought from a vendor known as DFI a exfoliating cream known as "exfoliating baby scrub". I used it once for two days and my arm broke out in puss blisters. It was very uncomfortable and for the time and money spent I am very dissatisfied. Desired Settlement: My money back, 2X just for putting up with the whole thing.

I have spoken to [redacted] on the phone after the mall manager had told me about [redacted] reaction to the product, and so I spoke to [redacted] on the phone and told him he can stop by the kiosk with the product to receive a full refund and he was very happy.

in this letter it states that [redacted] would like to receive 2x the amount of the product because he had an allergic reaction, I don't believe any product purchased from any store that causes an allergic reaction deserves to get two times the amount so therefore I will not be refunding him twice the amount but I most definitely will refund him the full amount paid for the product when he returns the product to my kiosk
