Firstly, I am not a *** businessman as accused. The customer engaged us to do the necessary work to produce a letter from the *** *** *** to basically "legalize" an existing situation at the property they were selling. I told them (nothing in writing) that the cost
would be between $and $1500, depending upon what work would ultimately be required by the *** ***ct. Ultimately it resulted in a charge of $1050. As of end of business yesterday, we wrote off the $legitimately owed us and marked the account paid in full so that they could close on the property sale
