For example on my first visit I was never notified about the bearings, I was told about some fluid flushes and a leak on a boot. Second of all it definitely was the second when it happened I juat couldnt take care of it, for I was semt out on storm to dallas, leaving with your team til I could come home and take care of it! (7th). No one had touched my truck since your technicians! And after getting the new wheel on by [redacted] and still not replacing the bearing! ive gone 2000 miles to not even a loose lug nut! hmm.. Thirdly I, with a capital I, bought the lugs and studs and have the reciepts to prove it! I was warned by your men of your extreme mark on already marked up prices and saved my self probably 50 dallars and without giving you another dime more then I had too! but 5 years thats not a lot and considering how you conduct bussiness I dont for see 5 more in your future! the amount disputed was obvious if you read the complaint! To cover the mistakes of your men! the cost of the labor, wheel and studs! But really im just glad that your shops mistakes didnt send me into the wall at high speeda with my two year old in my truck! Dear sir, I appreciate the quick responseWe do not want a bad mark on our company and would like to come to some sort of solutionThe FACT still remains that the vehicle was driven 1,miles and was not brought back to us for daysIt is really hard for us to admit fault with a vehicle driven that many miles, in those amount of days. We do have the original invoices were you had signed in receipt of your vehiclePlease understand, this is your signature and notice the mileage. Dear sir, because you have once again not place a DESIRE SETTLEMENT, I will be more than willing to return the $of labor that you paid on 10/7/As far as mark up, we are in business to make money and we do not work for freeWe strive on taking care of our customers and retaining their businessYes we have been in business for years in Spring, years in *** and our first year in *** ***We will continue to grow and continue to uphold the Revdex.com requirements to maintain our GOLD Standards. *** ***(Owner)
Dear sir, On 9/18/14 [redacted] 1500 pick up came in and we repaired both lower ball joints and completed an alignment on RO#10688 for total investment of $754.14 with the mileage of 142876. Also the vehicle has 22" wheels which are not standard and place a tremendous amount of stress to wheels and...
studs. On or about 10/7/14, [redacted] the same vehicle was towed in and customer requested that we repair the [redacted] 1500, with the new mileage of 144002. The studs were damage and the wheel was off. Two and a half weeks later (19 days) and 1,126 miles have been added to the truck since we last worked on the truck. Also noted on the last ticket is that the hub bearing on both sides are loose and need to be addressed. Customer refused and additional services or recommendations. Customer approved the the repair of the studs and we charged labor only to replace studs on one wheel. We paid for the studs and lug nuts at no additional cost to customer. [redacted] $149.69 cash was paid on 10/7/14.If studs were over-tightened or improperly installed, wheel studs would have failed with the first hundred miles. Also, no complaint on ball joints on either side has ever been in question. We do have a Nationwide Warranty on all Parts and Labor that a customer receives from us, as long as they follow directions with information given to each repair order. In closing, we have fulfilled our obligation, since no warranty was claimed on ball joints and truck has 1,126 additional miles since it last visited our shops. Who knows who has worked on or changed out tires and wheels since it left our shop. As far as the disputed price???? No desired settlement was posted and we did not even charge for the parts we installed. We have been in business for over 5 years and have a great customer satisfaction rate (GOLD MEMBERS) and we will continue to do so by taking care of our customers.[redacted] (Owner)[redacted]
