I don't write reviews but I order parts for weber table top grills yes two, they don't make these grill any more(and I don't know Y) and they cook half chickens great best grill ever for that o well now back to my order I order parts that I needed and the next morning I got a email back all ok two hrslater you people called me on my address to make sure it was right and it was not so thanks for thatthey said your parts will be ship right out and three days later there were on my porch and all parts are right Hay best company I ever dealt with so all you grillers out there need parts asap call them you will not be sorry

These folks are fantastic to deal with. I ordered online, a couple hours later I get an email that product has shipped, and two days later I receive it in VA. It was exactly what I had ordered, but when I tried to install the part on my VERY old grill it wouldn't fit by fraction of an inch. It wasn't their fault, their vendor's data said the product would fit (and maybe it would fit all but my old grill). Anyway, I sent an email reporting the issue and got an immediate response apologizing and offering to send me an alternate product, which I knew would fit, plus a prepaid shipping label to return the non-fitting part. The email also advised that they had already changed the product description on their website so others would not have the problem I had. I received the shipping label via email from the courier, but this company contacted me just to make sure I had received it. Moreover, I received notice that the new part had shipped to me before I had even sent the non-fitting part back to them. You can't get better service.
BTW, their prices were better than any other vendor I saw.

WOW what a find. I have a 16 year old DCS 27 inch grill and was having problems finding some parts. I was looking at new grills and decided to check the web one last time. There they were with the parts I needed. The web site product descriptions had detailed measurements and reasonable prices. I called for an answer to one question on Wednesday and placed an order over the internet. I was told there was a back up but the product shipped from FL on Thursday and I received the order in Cleveland on Saturday. I have replaced the parts and the grill is almost like new and ready for another 10-12 years (I hope). I could not ask for anymore than I got from Barbecue Renew. Thank you.
