I ordered some heat shields and they fit my grill very well. And I was lucky enough to receive them only 3 days after.
I got confused with the other website grillpartsreplacement.com though. Seems they are two different companies. The prices on there are generally lower but I am not sure if they are the same quality.
These folks are fantastic to deal with I ordered online, a couple hours later I get an email that product has shipped, and two days later I receive it in VA It was exactly what I had ordered, but when I tried to install the part on my VERY old grill it wouldn't fit by fraction of an inch It wasn't their fault, their vendor's data said the product would fit (and maybe it would fit all but my old grill) Anyway, I sent an email reporting the issue and got an immediate response apologizing and offering to send me an alternate product, which I knew would fit, plus a prepaid shipping label to return the non-fitting part The email also advised that they had already changed the product description on their website so others would not have the problem I had I received the shipping label via email from the courier, but this company contacted me just to make sure I had received it Moreover, I received notice that the new part had shipped to me before I had even sent the non-fitting part back to them You can't get better service BTW, their prices were better than any other vendor I saw Bradley [redacted] Roanoke, VA
WOW what a findI have a year old DCS inch grill and was having problems finding some parts I was looking at new grills and decided to check the web one last time There they were with the parts I needed The web site product descriptions had detailed measurements and reasonable prices I called for an answer to one question on Wednesday and placed an order over the internet I was told there was a back up but the product shipped from FL on Thursday and I received the order in Cleveland on Saturday I have replaced the parts and the grill is almost like new and ready for another 10-years (I hope) I could not ask for anymore than I got from Barbecue Renew Thank you
