We believe it may be useful to provide more information about how this complaint came to life and the current efforts in place to resolve the issues with the complainant.The complainant is an owner of a *** and Leased space in our building May 1, that ends April 30, (only months to go)We do not lease property knowingly that has major plumbing problemsOver the last years there were several back up problems that were immediately fixed and the expense paid by the LandlordThis is not 3-times a year.November 16, 2017, we received a memo note from the owner that she fell down steps at her home on October lOth and had not been able to workShe ask if it was possible we could agree to breaking her lease earlyWe called her and told her we would meet on Nov30th for further discussion.At the meeting on the 30th we discovered she had vacated the space and removed fixtures including the hot water heater and sinks all without authorization.December 5, 2017, another memo note stating she had closed the *** and still asking for us to please consider breaking the lease early.The Tenant has encountered hardships and we are sorry, she has not worked with us trying to search for a replacement tenant that might have helpedRent is past due and the lease has been breached several waysWe are hoping for a peaceful settlement soon.Regards,JDavid B***Barbee Realty Group,LLC
