As submitted in my original complaint, my membership was for one year 10/1/2014 - 10/1/2015. Clearly an annual membership is not included in the policy that states only: "registration fees, seasonal memberships, punch cards, one month and daily memberships." Also, my complaint explained that when I made an oral request for the unused 6 month portion on 4/6/2015, [redacted] told me that the refund decision was up to her, and she further stated she wanted to be "fair" to me. I waited patiently for more than two months before requesting the assistance of the Revdex.com.
