OK. To be completely honest, Ed initially inspected MY HOUSE and took about 5 hours going over EVERYTHING. As a homeowner, I was obviously a bit terrified. And he did find things that surprised me and whether we sold or not, I was going to fix for my own family's safety.
A few weeks later, we are looking at a home and who do we call on to inspect it? Who do you think?! This man is meticulous and will check EVERYTHING...every window, every outlet, every nook and cranny, INSIDE and OUT!
While it's a difficult pill to swallow when you're the SELLER, as a BUYER this man is who you want on your side. If you're selling...make sure you are up to code on everything because Ed is NOT going to miss it.
