Sent: Tuesday, October 13, 11:AMTo: drteamSubject: FW: Response ID [redacted] rgb(31, 73, 125);"> From: Maritza [redacted] Sent: Monday, October 12, 5:PMTo: J.RTrammell Subject: Response ID [redacted] Good Evening I am replying to a complaint filed against Baypointe ApartmentsID [redacted] Residents [redacted] and Kristina [redacted] are claiming that the staff here have been rude to themOn the contrary we have been nothing but nice to them and have tried to accommodate them as much as possibleWe did unfortunately have a breach in our “rent drop” in September We found out that the residents above were one of the few residents that were affected by this Mr [redacted] informed us that he had placed a “stop payment” on the missing money order and that a refund would be issued to himHe also agreed to be making weekly payments toward owed rent until balance was paid in full or until he received his refund at which point he would pay off the balanceWe agreed that late fees on missing payment would be waived however he did have a past due balance from August that accrued late fees that are not being waivedMr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] claim to be unhappy here but their lease has actually expired and they are currently paying an increased rent because they are on a month to month basisAt this point they can leave us a day written notice to vacate and leave in good standing Also I see in their formal complaint that they have a broken toilet and a non-working refrigerator I do not show any work order submitted for this nor have I heard of this issue and have spoken with both Mr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] on several occasions Pest Control is available free upon request to all our residents on a weekly basis I have records dating back to June and they have not requested the service We would be glad to service their unit It is only a phone call away All service requests must be submitted in writingI will consider the “desired settlement” in the complaint as a written request for the above servicesI would also like to request that Mr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] communicate with me and give us an opportunity to rectify any issues that they may be having Thank You Maritza [redacted] Community Manager Baypointe Apartments SKobayashi RD Webster TX
