The job *** *** had completed on 7/*/was in fact not only over a year ago but we also cannot guarantee sod without irrigation which he did NOT have and was informed of. We offered *** *** a payment plan which our company does NOT offer due to being a small family owned and
operated company, however he expressed how he couldn’t afford the expense but could pay it out. We extended his bill over a month period and continued to complete the job.After several conversations between the main office and *** ***, sod was replaced more than once to appease him, as well as visits to his home to look at some areas to once again accommodate himWe were told by *** *** that he has sprayed pesticides, let his dog out to use the area where the sod was installed which kills sod as well. Without irrigation, using pesticides or not taking the proper care of the sod it will die, *** *** is looking for a lifetime replacement of sod. We went far and beyond of what a company should do for their customers.As potential and existing clients can tell, we have a very special attention to detail. From our customer service (which answer the phone and call clients back no matter what, during business hours) we never avoid anyone and have done right by all customers in our past. People can see for themselves by reading our verified reviews, which *** *** previously has given us a rave review himself. No sensible person would expect to have a guarantee on any type of plant life more than a year later. Also when we went to check the site, we had to dig down through inches of topsoil, so his claim that topsoil was not used is insulting We’ve done hundreds of sod jobs and *** *** is the only dissatisfied customer. It is of our professional opinion that *** *** neglected his sod

The info they provided is false. They only came to do a repair one time. The area was watered daily. Court appearance coming soon. Treetastic did not live up to their obligation and I continue to spread the word that this company should be avoided at all costs.
