UNETHICAL, Do NOT do business here These people lie through their teeth We purchased a $30,brand new travel trailer from them and it has had nothing but problems We purchased it to take our kids camping for Spring Break last year and when we went to pick it up we couldn't take possession because the slide out didn't workSix weeks later we got it and still (months & trips later)the slide out doesn't work without ripping the floor First trip out the outdoor kitchen caught on fire Next time in they parked it on an ant hill and they were crawling out of the heater vents and all over the beds, no I didn't have any food left out A month ago we brought it in to have repairs done and a clear coat they promised me months ago put on it What a surprise, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! Please do not encourage businesses to operate this way PURCHASE & SERVICE anywhere but here!!!!!!

Six weeks later we got it and still (15 months & 4 trips later)the slide out doesn't work without ripping the floor. First trip out the outdoor kitchen caught on fire. Next time in they parked it on an ant hill and they were crawling out of the heater vents and all over the beds, no I didn't have any food left out. Review: I bought a 2007 Dutchman Motor home from them in January and made arrangements to pick up Feb 20th and drive to Alaska. I had several items that I wanted checked out and possible repaired before I arrived to pick the motorhome up.I first asked about a spare tire they said there wasn't one. So I purchased one ahead of time in Mukilteo Wa. where I was going to stop at a realitives house. I asked about a red cap near the trailer hitch they said it was air fitting for brakes. I asked about air bags they said there wasn't any installed on the motorhome. I asked for a quote to install them they gave me a quote and I said install them. After getting the coach home and looking it over good the air fitting went to a air compressor and air bags that were on the coach before I asked about them. I have a sales ad from previous owner stating that the coach had airbags installed previously.I had a flat tire after 400 miles due to valve stem leaking The tires were brand new installed by Barber Rv. I should not have had tire issues with a motorhome I just paid $57,000.00 for. Next the coach had a vibration from the time I left Barber Rv. In Mukilteo Wa took it to International trucks of America where they preformed a service that Barber RV neglected to do and also found out that the driveshaft carrier bearing was spinning in its bracket, and another tire was almost flat. I sent Barber a letter explaining the issues. I've called for 2 weeks steady and Mike Arramibide the General manager has avoided my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the spare tire and wheel that I bought that wasn't needed they were too lazy to look under the coach $538.37Air bags and installation $931.62 they were already on the coachI would like what their cost of the tires that they put on the coach as I had 6 new ones installed that gave me no issues all the way back to AlaskaI would like the drive shaft repair reimbursed $709.77
