Lenz contractors submitted and estimate to the Insurance carrier (***) on June 6, *** granted approval to move forward on the estimate June 16, also advising that Mrs*** may not complete all of the work with Lenz Contractors as she know a contractor she may want to use on the
interior. Upon receiving the signed contract form the client, Lenz Contractors assigned *** *** (Lenz Employee) as the Project manager July 11, On July 14, Mrs*** confirmed that she will have her contractor do the interior repairsThe estimate was revised and uploaded to *** on July 18, 2016. Lenz Contractors received approval form *** but did not received the signed agreement for the new scope of work from Mrs***. On July 28, 2016, I spoke with the client and explained we need a signed contract to proceed with workMrs*** Agree and I informed her that I will be her new point of contact for the remainder of the project. On August 3, I completed a site visit to inspect and on August 4, I gave the client the following schedule:- Roof and siding material to be loaded/delivered 9/16/16- Roof and skylight installation 9/19/16- Window repairs 9/19/16- Siding and painting repairs 9/20/16-9/24/16.All Repairs were completed to the exact dates given.The siding supplier sent out an additional pallet of siding by mistake which was promptly removed from the siteAll ladder, equipment, and tools were wrapped up at end of each day and taken offsite or put into a designated area onsiteDuring roofing removal, tarps were laid out and commercial grade magnets were used daily to pick up loose nailsI walked Mrs*** through our contract of work to ensure that the entire scope was completed less items she had asked not to doAny Items that were not completed per request, was removed from scope and bill. After several weeks of attempting a final walk through with Mrs***, a date was set for October 31, Punch list was drawn up and completed on November 2, 2016. Mrs*** expressed her desire to speak with management to discuss her experienceI informed Mrs*** that as the Production Manager I was the highest level of Management at Lenz Contractors aside from the OwnerI ensured Mrs*** that she would receive a Call Form *** *** before end of week. *** *** Called Mrs*** that same afternoon to discuss her experience Thank you,*** ***Production Manager
