Mr. [redacted] parked a[redacted]   in a "No Parking / Unauthorized Parking Lot".  Two more people had also parked smaller vehicles in the same Unauthorized Parking Lot.  [redacted] (which owns...

the parking lot) called and advised they wanted all three vehicles towed.    We sent three wrecker drivers with three different size wreckers to tow these vehicles.  It took the biggest  wrecker to tow Mr. [redacted] international.  According to all three of our wrecker drivers, the vehicles were already hooked up and coming out of the parking lot when Mr. [redacted] pulled up, got out, and walked between the biggest wrecker and his international.  He yelled he wasn't moving until they unhooked his big truck!   Our driver told him if he wanted to  pay the wrecker fee now and get his truck - it is $[redacted] but if it gets towed to the impound yard it would be $[redacted].  Mr. [redacted] advised he wasn't paying the $[redacted] and he wanted his truck!   One of our drivers told him he would have to move or they would call the Tupelo Police (Main reason for moving is safety reasons - no one should stand between wreckers hooked to a vehicle, especially a big truck).  Mr. [redacted] didn't and wouldn't move so our drivers called Tupelo Police.  Tupelo Police came and advised Mr. [redacted] he was in the wrong so he had 2 options (pay $[redacted] now or wait and pay $[redacted] at the impound yard).  All three of our drivers  heard the entire conversation.  Mr. [redacted] said NO he wasn't paying - so Tupelo Police gave us the ok to pull away with the international.
Mr. [redacted] came the next day into our office  to pick up his international.  When he saw two of the drivers, he said "I appolize for acting an as yesterday".  After that, he was fine with the situation.
Our business cards with two different locations, if Mr. [redacted] went to the other location, it must have been past closing hours.  He never advised to us he went to a different location or called to find out if we were still open.
On the different pricing  --- we gave Mr. [redacted] a choice of unhooking his big truck for $[redacted] on the unauthorized  parking lot, but if it was towed to the impound yard, it would be $[redacted] (more expenses).  Mr. [redacted] made his choice when he didn't pay on the unauthorized parking lot. 
  As far as the other vehicles on the different pricing - they were not the Big Trucks so we were able to tow them with smaller rollback wreckers that doesn't cost as much to tow.
