I have had security with [redacted] for 4 yrs paid him 700.00 then.had house fire the system was damage and insurance give me 475.00 to replace it the insurance told me to get a qote to fix it. it was 475.00. I had 2 security boxes one in my bedroom because off my handicap 1 at the garage door. he done the one at the back door and didn't do the one in bedroom. so I called he was gonna be there that Monday and never showed up or called me.I trusted him. then called him again and he said his mother died. well I let it rest for a few days . and called him back and he cursed at me. so I called inscurane co which is state farm . they said they couldn't do anything about it.since they made check out to me.so I called adt to come out and hook me some security up. when he took the box off the wall he got my phone and took pictures off it. it had nothing in the back. it was not even working.he had no intention off coming back
Cant reach anyone abouty service They have been deducting a monthly fee from my account. The telephone number doesnt work and the website site doesnt work. The number on the contract is to an insurance company. When the alarm is triggered no one calls and the police didnt show.
