there my name is [redacted], I am the manager for Barberos Y Estilistas. I have reviewed the complaint letter. I have also spoken to our hairstylist and the business owner. [redacted] the hairstylist told me her side of the story. Seems to us that [redacted] left out some of the story, but we have no interested in arguing or pursuing this any further. [redacted] is a loyal and knowledgeable hairstylist. The owner decided to refund the $85.00 to complete the full refund. On the 12 of October Miss [redacted] come to collect the rest of the money.
