I attempted to call Arkady [redacted] by telephone at the number listed on this complaint and spoke with his son-in-law JohnI had a very pleasant conversation with him and hope to have this issue resolved over the weekendJohn stated that it was his wife that called into the officeI think there were a few things that needed to be discussed in order to understand what had transpired the day of the emergency call that was not cancelledJohn seemed to understand and we have been inundated with storm work here from the bad weatherJohn seemed to also understand that we were truly trying to help his father-in-law Arkady when he persistently requested the emergency service from our companyWe are doing the best we can to resolve this issueThe most important thing to us is for them to understand our efforts in assisting as we were requestedJohn stated he would be out of town on Monday so we respectfully request that this claim be put on hold until he returns and decides if they still want to have this claim posted as they were not actually the customer it was their father-in-law Thank you kindly
