I placed the order 9/**/I never received no email With a tracking number I called days later and I asked her how much longer was it going to take to receive my merchandiseHer response was I've been too busy you'll get a tracking number tomorrow and you'll get the item in daysI was never told about any exchange policyWhen I receive the merchandise it was not even packed it was just put in a priority envelope from the post office and it wasn't even packed in plastic like when you order A new merchandiseThere was no receipt inside The envelope or no packing slipThe minute I opened it and saw it I knew it didn't even fitI called right away and no one answered the phone but I did leave a voice mail and no one even called me backI had to call the next day and that's when the male that answered the phone tells me I had to pay for A processing fee of $I want a full refund or exchange for the correct sizeI will mail the merchandise back to themHe was very rude and hung up the phone on me when I asked him why do I have to pay for a processing feeI have shopped on line for many years and never have had any issuesThey need to treat paying customers better.
