I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]I disagree went what the owner is saying, once again I have my hair done at the salon on Friday 3/*/15.  The hair frizz up within minutes of leaving it out.  Unfortunately I am out of $180.00 for the purchase of the hair and another $200.00 for installing the hair.  This is alot of money and I have to wear the hair in a ponytail to prevent it from looking so bad.  I have never experience this with hair purchaseed by the pound, this is a first and the owner fail to address the issue.  I think it is unfair to treat customers in this matter.  Standing behind your product is key in today environment.  My hair stylist, also said the hair has been colored and is not Virgin hair, as stated by the [redacted] of Barbie.

In response to [redacted]'s complaint; our establishment only sells 100% human hair. The hair [redacted] purchased was not hair sold by the pound as it was not customized. [redacted] purchased virgin hair which is sold in 4 ounce bundles. This hair is not chemically processed and has never been dyed. As stated previously; if [redacted] was not happy with the quality, texture, feel, color of her purchase she should have called immediately upon receiving her purchase. However [redacted] waited over one month to do so and therefore we are not in a position to reimburse her money or replace her hair. [redacted] also stated several times that she did not follow our hair maintenance instructions which is key when purchasing human hair extensions. Once again we will not reimburse [redacted] her money as her purchase was made more than 30 days prior to her initial complaint and we will not replace her hair as she failed to follow hair care instructions and stated that that she would continue to follow her hair maintenance regimen regardless of our instructions; therefore replacing her hair would result in the same outcome due to [redacted] neglecting to follow instructions on maintenance.

Review: I purchase hair from Barbie Hair World, the owner of the business told me that she cayyied a specific type of weave hair "[redacted] Wave". She shipped me something completely different than what she promised. After going back to her establishment, and showing her the poor qualityof the hair product that she shipped me, she refused to to give me a refund and assist that she is selling [redacted] Wave, This is fraud, and she is continuing to rip customers off. She told me that I needed to drive back to her store so that she could see the hair. I can provide a letter from other hair suppliers that will state that she is lying to customers about the kind of hair that she is selling and refusing to refund them. Please read the reviews on this site, they are all referring to the quality of the hair . Barbie Hair World is not being fair and is taking advantage of consumers.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, this company is treating customers unfairly. I just want my money back please.

[redacted] came to our place of business on January [redacted], 2015 for the first time. She stated that she was interested in purchasing hair from us but was skeptical as she usually purchased her hair from another establishment. She asked if we carried [redacted] hair; which we do. However on that specific day; we were sold out and did not have any on hand. [redacted] was shown an example of the hair and stated that she wanted to purchase the hair. (Proof of purchase is available) [redacted] was given the option of returning to collect her purchase or we would ship it to her free of charge. [redacted] chose to have her purchase shipped to her. (Proof of shipment and delivery are available) [redacted] received her purchase on January [redacted], 2015. [redacted] never called to complain that her hair was not as expected when she received her purchase on January [redacted], 2015. On or about February **, 2015; [redacted] contacted us and stated that she did not like the hair she purchased. She stated that it was matting, tangling and was not curly. I asked her if she had followed the hair care instructions that were provided to her and she stated that she did not need instructions and was not going to wash her hair as recommended. I told her that the hair needed to be washed once to twice a week and [redacted] stated that she would not do that. I told [redacted] that in order for us to determine if there was a problem with the hair we would need to see the hair. [redacted] stated that she was very busy and would not be able to come to Barbie's Hair World to show us the hair until the following week. I told [redacted] that she could come whenever she liked and that I would make a notation in her file that she had called to complain. I asked [redacted] in the interim to wash her hair and see if this would solve her issue. On or about February [redacted], 2015; [redacted] called and spoke with a salesperson advising them that she would be returning the following week to show us her hair. She still had not washed her hair when asked if she had done as instructed. On February **, 2015; [redacted] called at 1:30p.m. and stated that she would arrive around 3:00 p.m. When [redacted] arrived; I observed her hair and saw that she still had not washed the hair as we had told her on three separate occasions. She stated that the hair was matted and tangled; which it was not. She stated that the hair was shedding; which I then told her was because the hair had been cut at the track. [redacted] became very upset and stated that her hair had not been cut; which I then showed her by taking a picture of her hair weave and visually showed her that her hair had been cut. I stated to [redacted] that the hair was not flowing like it should because it had not been washed since January **, 2015. I explained to [redacted] that the hair would not be replaced and that we would not refund her money as there was nothing wrong with the hair other than it had not been washed in over a month. [redacted] has made several inconsistent statements in this complaint as well as others that she has made. (All statements are available) We also have statements from three (3) customers that were present when [redacted] was here that will attest to the fact that [redacted] is to blame for her hair issues as she has refused to wash her hair for over one month. We have offered [redacted] a resolution however she has no interest in doing so. Her only resolution is to make false statements.

I purchased hair on 1/**, from Barbie and was told that they didn't have "[redacted] have in stock and that I could have it shipped to me. I had the hair installed on Feb *. I called Barbie with days after having the hair installed to informed them of dissatisfaction with the quality of the hair. I was told that I needed to drive back, which is 60 miles away. I explained that the hair tangles and shed a lot, due to the sever winter I was unable to return to her establishment until late February. I called and spoke with her and or her employee to inform her that I was still hair the same issues with the hair and that I could send her photo's . She assured me that, because I had stayed in contact with her that and notified within days of actually using her product it would be okay. But once I arrived, to show her the hair, it was clear to me that she was not going to help me. My main concern is that, this company is proclaiming to sell a current kind of hair and quality. Just be honest with your customer, its the right thing to do.
