The customer was advised to return the product. The customer opened a dispute with [redacted] and was advise by [redacted] to return the product with a legible tracking number. The customer and [redacted] are both thieves because had the customer had a problem with the product she would have returned it. Instead she kept the product and [redacted] returned the money to the client, even though [redacted] stated they would not refund until tracking was sent. As a pregnant woman of 33 weeks with [redacted] this was uncalled for. However, I am truly grateful for customers like [redacted] because she proved how amazingly strong I truly am from running a business, going to grad school and having a career. She may have think she has gotten over on 3 bundles of hair and $179 but I have gained something more valuable. Thank you for this amazing opportunity

This business updated their website content after I contacted them regarding their mix up of sending me the wrong product.  I have a snapshot of their original website policy of shipping and returns (attached).  Furthermore, my issue is this business sent me the wrong product.  My confirmation from the business states what I ordered, however; this is not what I received. The business sent the wrong product and admitted to the mistake (email message also attached), which I should not be accountable in incurring additional fees to send the product back to business as this was their mistake in first place.
