I am rejecting this response because: Yes, the manager did speak with *** about the center cap which was just another procedure that was done incorrectly, which resulted in us having to make another trip out of our way to LihueIt was not till she was driving home from having the First problem corrected that she noticed the *** driving awkwardlyAt this point Tire warehouse had seen the vehicle twice, and had two opportunities to tighten the lugs yet it was not doneThere was a $Flat labor charge and a $spin balance charge (Invoice K80148)As for the "free inspection." The manager had an employee tighten the lugsThere was no check to see if the studs had been damaged, the brake mechanism had been damaged, if the rotors were damaged, or if the tires were damagedAs for the $rebate, that was included with the tires, that was not compensation for negligence, and putting my family on the highway with an unsafe vehicle that could have killed multiple people.Sincerely,

Hi,I have reviewed the customers complaint. *** (Tire Warehouse employee) spoke to *** twice about a center cap....and at no time did she mention anything about her car having any issues. Tire Warehouse did inspect the vehicle for no charge on Monday the 9th and
found no damage to the ***. There was not a charge for installation or rotation of the tires that were purchased. Also a $rebate was given at the time of purchase. Thank you,George W*** *** ***

rejecting this response because:Obviously Tire Warehouse Kauai is missing some very important facts: 1.) Tire pressure light was not on prior to taking the truck to Tire Warehouse Kauai2.) Tire pressure light was on as soon as I got in the truck after they changed the tires3.) The Tire Warehouse Kauai employee who changed the tires knew he broke the TPMS as soon as he broke it and didn't fix it nor say a word4.) The Tire Warehouse Kauai employee who passed inspection saw the tire pressure light and didn't say a word5.) I brought the broken part to Tire Warehouse Kauai where employees looked at the receipt and the broken part - it was taped to the repair receipt (the part was clearly broken)I have no reason to lie about this - I have nothing to gainTire Warehouse Kauai did make a profit off of me as I did purchase new tires from them in order to pass safety inspection.The fact that they're stating that I denied $is a lieWhen I spoke to Laurie over the phone she offered $and I told her I would discuss with my boyfriend (as it is the truck that he drives) and would get back to themFiling a complaint with Revdex.com is me getting back to them with regards to the broken TPMS and what I am requesting is clearly stated in this complaint.I did not think that Tire Warehouse Kauai could be any more disgusting, disappointing, negligent and dishonest but they did it with their response to this complaint.

A refund of $80.00 for work performed at another repair shop was offered and denied. At no time were we notified of the TPMS sensor light being on. [redacted] can't be sure that we damaged it. ...that is just their opinion.
