I paid Barboza Financial Services to provide income tax preparation for me and my daughter-Year- I39ve used them the year before and there were no issues which is why I returned as a customer to make sure was filed on time Our taxes were prepared I paid Barboza Financial Services and our taxes were submittedMy daughter received her return in an reasonable amount of time 1st May however I didn39tI reached out Barboza Financial Servicesemailed and received a response that my daughters return was received on and mine was still being processed amp would contact me when released I allowed a couple of more weeks and didn39t receive a responseI called left messagesno response..emailed again and the same Went to the IRS website and it stated not in process.I reached out to Barboza Financial again no responseMid May I received a letter from the IRS stating that there was an issue with the insurance being reported and I had days to respon
