Over the past months from September to April our experience with the pool cleaning services being provided by Wildwood Aquatech Pools degraded to the point that I was forced to reprimand the servicing technician through emails to ***, their service supervisorI requested that they monitor more closely the services that their technician was providing I alerted them through emails and photos of the lack of services being provided and explained how I felt that the log that this employee was keeping could not have been accurate and simply did not match the state of the pool which often seemed quite debris filled and algae tinged I explained these things by stating that there was simply no way the services were being completed For a period of time after this discussion things seemed to improve slightly During the month of March and
we hired wildwood to put in our pool and assist with putting in our landscaping, decking and electricity There were constant issues with this project, from measuring the size of the backyard and placing the pool incorrectly, to issues with acid splatter on the decking and sharp corners on the coping to damage to the pool tile In addition, they put in the conduit to the electricity and did not put in the wiresThe owner and brother do not respond to collaborate to resolve issues, they live this up to the clueless office staff and we are still waiting for reconciliation of the damage to the products and services we purchased when they do call back there is a huge lag time with scheduling so the dates and times given are not longer available by the time they schedule (weeks and weeks later with no call) It is impossible to work with them on times due to the lack of coordination we cannot take multiple days off of work just by chance they decide to call the day before (or nig
