Review: When I first sat down in Barbaras chair one of the first few things I said to her is "I wanna keep my hair long". She didn't have me facing the mirror, so I thought she was a professional and let her do my hair with out me seeing what she was doing. I went in for just a trim, but she cut off at least 6 to 7 inches of my hair. I've been growing my hair since I was like 11 or 12, I will be 44 next month. My hair is VERY, VERY important to me. I've been to other stylest and always told them "I wanna keep it long" I've spent a lot of time and money on different products and professionals. Every person I see that knows me says "wow" your hair is short. I called barb to tell her that I was very unhappy with my hair. I she said was "there wasn't a lot of hair on the floor" but seeing my head after she cut me and going by what others said, what she said is total bull.Desired Settlement: I feel she should be required to pay me for all the products, time, and care I used to get my hair to the length it was. I've seen products that are sapose to help your hair grow, she should reimburse me for the cost. As far as the stuff I used in the past to grow my hair I feel I've spent at least 5000.00

In response to complaint filled by [redacted]. I have been serving Delaware as a licensed cosmetologist for over 40 years. Barb's Hair Design open ed in 1991. In all my yea rs as a beautician I have never had a complaint like this. Barb's hair Design is a repribable business with life long clients.

On Febuary 17, 2014 [redacted] came I n for his appointment. I had asked [redacted] w ho had referred him to my salon , but he gave no response. He did state that he wanted to keep his hair long, so he only received a trim of approximately of an inch. This was just a healthy trim to remove dead and split end s. At the time of the hair cut [redacted] seemed pleased and paid twelve dollars for the service. During the trim he asked me I f I could recommend products to help the poor condition of his hair. He stated that he had been sick and was on disability. I did not probe into the ex tent of his disability but it could be atlecting his hair growth. He then called later that evening to complain about h is hair being cut to short. I explained to him that I had only given him a light trim and that there w as not much hair on the floor. I did apologized to him about the hair cut. The next day he called again and seemed like he wanted to apologize tor being rude on t he previous phone call , and said I will see you in a month.

This whole complaint with The Revdex.com Over two full months after the service,

along with [redacted] 's outlandish settlement claim for $5,000 dollars is obviously a

fraudulent attempt to extort money from an u n suspecting business owner .
