Review: Replacement gates, posts and fence installed September 5 2012. One service call taken care of for loose post in October of 2012 one month after installation. Second service call for gates not closing in May 2013 and again in July 2013, never showed to do work. Called third time in September 2013 and was promised to be here Tuesday September 10, again a no show. Another call to find out there was no crew available but no one from office called to inform me they would not be here. Quality of cedar fences is not holding up well, posts are splitting and wood is rough. Very disappointed with product and service.Desired Settlement: Gates are racked and have rubbed together so now bent. Wood has been drilled several times which have left holes because they didn't get it right the first time at installation. They also made three holes in a new driveway to line up support pole which is still off center
