Barclay Bank

I just signed up for this credit card for the free miles associated with the airline they are partnered with. When I called to ask when the miles would be available to use, I had to speak to 5 different people including 2 managers, because each one gave me a different answer, including the managers. It resulted in a 3 way call with Barclays and the airline, in which the 5th Barclay rep admitted after much pressure that they had no idea when the miles would be available because it was up to the airline. (The airline didnt know either, but they didnt lie about it.) Barclays' reps know absolutely nothing and lie about it.When you call they tell you they are connecting you to a "relationship" consultant, which clues you in right away that they are about to treat you like you're an it. After they repeatedly lied and refused to address that the other reps had lied, the one rep would not stop asking if there was anything else he could do for me. But whenever I told him what he could do, he would not even show enough respect to say yes or no, so I finally told him he could [redacted], after which he continued to provoke me by again, not addressing the request, and continuing to ask what he could do for me. He eventually told me that his feelings were hut by the profanity -- because the customers feeling dont count, and finally, FINALLY got off the line.
