I am rejecting this response because:
After months of waiting on *** *** and the way he has handled cutting the tree down there is no way I could possibly trust himIt's absolutely ridiculous that he would call a paying customer a liar after he has taken months to cut a tree that he told me would be done and finished in weeksIf we go to court his fabrication of my not calling him will only prove his dishonestyI will provide phone records and text messages, not to mention witnesses, I will ask the judge for a return of my money and I will be asking for additional money for repair of my vehicleWhether personal matters get in the way of doing a job, we all still have a responsibility to be ethically sound in business practicesAs far as Mother Nature and trees lifting a foundationAbsolutely, common sense there, that's why I asked him to cut the tree down in the first placeHe realizes the damage that is being created by leaving the tree hovering over my home and further lifting the foundationThat part is his faultHe acted exceptionally concerned when he wanted my moneyAs far as parking my vehicle in my driveway where it belongs, obviously not parking my car on the street and waiting for him to return whenever to cut the tree downIf he plans on running off with my money, I will have a lawyer prosecute for theft and business practices.

She is lying and is defaming my character with all these false accusations.  I am willing to cut the other half of the tree.  [redacted] is responsible for the issues with the foundation and mother nature is responsible for the roots being uplifted.  We have a $1,200 contract I am...

willing to fulfill.  I have had high blood pressure, hypertension and other medical issues.  My health comes first before I can get these jobs finished.  She purposely parked her car under the tree afterwards.  I told her to move her vehicle since it doesn’t even make any sense to park a car under a tree that is in the process of being cut.  I left a message with her boyfriend saying I would be coming back to finish cutting down the tree.  She hasn’t contacted me and has had her boyfriend do it, though I have no contractual agreement with him.  She can go ahead and tell me when she wants me to go finish cutting the tree, as soon as she moves her vehicles and the weather permits.
