Barclay Square Apartments

Despite breached warranty of habitability when I moved out due to breach warranty of habitability they refuse to pay me back my deposit.
After having moved from *** and giving this place 3 months advanced knowledge of my move our apartment was still no ready. We had multiple issues some detrimental to our health. After moving out we never received our deposit back.

I moved out of Barclay Square Apartments, *** at the end of ***. I left them my forwarding address where they can send me my deposits. In *** I had not yet received my deposits and when I inquired about the deposits, the agent there said they can't return deposits and I had to call the corporate office at *** which goes to ***. I called them numerous times always getting a voice recording. I left numerous messages regarding my deposits with no response. The email address given in the recording comes back as non deliverable.
