Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This issue is not going to get resolved ***, the plumber that called was adamant that the issue sounded like it was the faucet As I have stated many times, I have a severe leak underneath my sink I also state that there was now, in addition to the leak underneath the sink a small leak at the handle of the new faucet, which prior to the first visit DID NOT EXIST [redacted] latched onto the small leak at the handle and made it the basis for his assessment It became the primary focus and rationale for charging me another $ [redacted] to come out and fix it When in fact the small leak at the handle was not the reason I was calling I called because I still had water leaking underneath my sink from the hose The whole cabinet underneath my sink is wet, this is the problem that was to be fixed during the first service call Now I am out of $ [redacted] for a new faucet and $ [redacted] for a service call and I still have a wet cabinet and leaking faucet FROM the cold water HOSE UNDERNEATH the sink! It is clear that this company is not going to repair my sink at their cost They will no doubt discover that it is a "faulty" faucet They must have all received training from an insurance claim class "deny, deny, deny"I do not trust this company I do not want them in my home ever again!! I will have someone repair my sink I will express my displeasure with this company and warn as many unsuspecting customers of their shady practices through every avenue available to me Regards, [redacted]

I did not say that the faucet was leaking THROUGH the handle and into the cabinet below.  I said it was leaking under the cabinet at the connection hose and also there was a small leak at the handle. The small leak at the handle was not contributing to the leak under the cabinet.  The company's insistence that the faucet is faulty is the problem.  They have already determined that they are not to blame for the leak.  So there was no need to have them come to my home.  I do not trust I will receive an honest  assessment.  They will undoubtedly find that the "faucet is faulty"  thereby relieving them of any responsibility; resulting in me to paying an additional $**.    The practices of this company are less than honorable, all tactics are ploys to generate more revenue.

In the interest of customer satisfaction, we have credited $140 and $95 to separate credit card accounts for Ms. [redacted] per her request. The credits were processed today 1/30/15.

We have never insisted that the faucet is faulty.  What we have said is that Ms. [redacted]'s explanation of the situation leads us to believe that there is a possibility of a problem with the faucet that Ms. [redacted] supplied for us to install.  We have offered to come out and correct any installation issues ( if any ) at no charge.  We stand behind our work, so if there is an issue with the installation of Ms. [redacted]'s we will correct any issues at no charge.

[redacted], our service plumber, installed on 2/6/15 a faucet which Ms. [redacted] had provided.  Six days later Ms. [redacted] called to say that the faucet was leaking through the handle and into her cabinet below the sink.  Before we sent a service tech later that day we called Ms. [redacted] to make...

sure that she was home and also to tell her that leaking through the handle sounded like a problem with the faucet itself and not the installation of the faucet.  We told her that we would send a service tech to her house, but if the problem was with the faucet she provided then we would charge her a service charge.  At no time did we refuse to send someone.  At no time did we tell her that there would necessarily be a charge, but there was a possibility of a charge if the problem was with the faucet and not the installation of the faucet.  Ms. [redacted] was very upset when she ended the telephone conversation with our dispatcher.  We called Ms. [redacted] back later that day and again the next day to try to better explain our position, but she did not return either phone call.We guarantee parts and labor on our work when we provide the parts.  We do not guarantee the parts when the customer provides the parts.  If Ms. [redacted] can show proof that the faucet was not defective and the leaking was the result of improper installation, we will gladly offer an apology and a refund.  I want to emphasize that we did not tell Ms. [redacted] that we would charge to come to her house to inspect the leaking faucet.  We told her that we would come to her house and there was a possibility of a charge IF the faucet she provided was faulty.

Mr. [redacted] called April 19, 2015 to arrange service to clear an outside drain line.  He was quoted $210 to clear the line.  When our serviceman Andre arrived at Mr. [redacted]'s house he dug to expose the drain line and discovered that it was made out of non pvc material.  The drain...

line is almost corrugated material which is very weak and subject to getting crushed over time.  The equipment we would normally use has a cable with a cutter blade on the end to cut through debris and sludge, but this equipment rips right thru the thin wall of the type of drain line that Mr. [redacted] has.  Short of digging up the entire line and replacing with more sturdy pipe, we offered to bring a high pressure water jet machine out to flush out the line.  The price for this service is $700.  We do not charge a trip charge or a service charge for our services, but in that we did respond to the call and did some work to expose the type of pipe the customer has and propose a solution that the customer declined we felt justified in charging him $90.   Mr. [redacted] feels that the charge is unwarranted, In the interest of customer satisfaction,we are refunding the $90 to him.

This issue is not going to get resolved.  [redacted], the plumber that called was adamant that the issue sounded like it was the faucet.  As I have stated many times, I have a severe leak underneath my sink.  I also state that there was now, in addition to the leak underneath the sink a small leak at the handle of the new faucet, which prior to the first visit DID NOT EXIST.  [redacted] latched onto the small leak at the handle and made it the basis for his assessment.  It became the primary focus and rationale for charging me another $** to come out and fix it.  When in fact the small leak at the handle was not the reason I was calling.  I  called because I still had water leaking underneath my sink from the hose.  The whole cabinet underneath my sink is wet, this is the problem that was to be fixed during the first service call.  Now I am out of $[redacted] for a new faucet and $** for a service call and I still have a wet cabinet and leaking faucet FROM the cold water HOSE UNDERNEATH the sink!   It is clear that this company is not going to repair my sink at their cost.  They will no doubt discover that it is a "faulty" faucet.   They must have all received training from an insurance claim class "deny, deny, deny". I do not trust this company.  I do not want them in my home ever again!!   I will have someone repair my sink.   I will express my displeasure with this company and warn as many unsuspecting customers of their shady practices through every avenue available to me.
