They did not explain to me in the beginning of the visit that they were not going to be able to get my hair the way that I wanted or what it may not work out I showed her five pictures and she chose a picture to do if you look in the picture that I have attached there are multiple chunks of different colors in my hair they told me Alex told me that she would fix two days before my appointment I called to check the time that I was supposed to be then they told me they did not feel comfortable doing my hair I asked why they said they did not feel that anything was done incorrectly but that if I would like my hair fixed I can pay for additional services is what I was told I am an unhappy customer and they treated me poorly and very rude I had a friend drive from brida but that if I would like my hair fixed I can pay for additional services is what I was told I am an unhappy customer and they treated me poorly and very rude I had a friend drive from  battleground Washington to come and do my hair she is a professional hairstylist and said she would write a statement on the condition of my hair because they said they did not fix it because it was damaged in the first letter they sent to you but to me they never mentioned anything about my hair being damaged I would just like my money back  I know multiple people who work and hair salons and said that is the rudest that anybody could ever talk to a customer I paid them for a service and did not receive good quality work  I could have done a better job myself  and I paid $300 yes but I paid extra money for a conditioner that is in the hair dye Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]

nothing to fix she was able toget [redacted] closer to her desired results and she was still unhappy. After having a meeting with [redacted] Irealized she didn't make any mistakes and color correction does in fact NOT fix with a single visit to thesalon so we would not be able to offer [redacted] a free visit to the salon. [redacted]'s salon services cost 219.00and she also bought retail products to help the condition of her hair because she was told that she hadcompromised hair and if Alex tried to lighten the hair any more it could break so we had to stop lifting itat that point if she wants to try to get closer to her desired results I told [redacted] that she would have topay for additional services, her desired outcome will take several visits to the salon there is nothing leftfor us to do, for the fact that her hair was comprised when she came in for her appointment, and Alexcould only do so much with [redacted]'s hair without compromising it more. Alex's goal was for [redacted] to leavewith healthy hair, and to go home do the recommended treatments and to come back for followingappointments to reach [redacted]'s requested results.Ryan B[redacted][email protected]
