Barcodes has been terrible to work with We purchased printers and they do not work out of the boxThey refused to take a return and insisted we talk to support firstWe spoke with support from Barcodes and the manufaturer for WEEKS with no resolutionNow, we've been fighting for MONTHS to get the printers returnedThey still want the printers to go back to the manufacturer to check outSo, we sent them, but they still won't guarantee working printers or a refund Customer service has been horrible to work withWe've had to deal with a number of people who all respond quite slowlyThey would not take a return within their return period and are now saying that we are outside of our return period Of course, we are due to all the delays on their partWe still have no refund, no printers now and are out over $

Our company has had a horrible experience working with Barcodes inc. They sent us the 500 serialized giftcards we ordered with the SAME barcode on each and every card. It is the holiday season and we do not have gift cards that work to sell to our customers. The manager, Gary [redacted] does not answer calls or respond to voicemail. It has been a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend this company to any business. It has been more than a week and I still can not get an answer from them as to a proper solution. Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/07/08) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Contact Phone: [redacted] Contact Email: [redacted] @barcodesinc.com We apologize for the miscommunication with the customer regarding this issueA hold for funds was placed on the customer's credit card as part of activity to process the customer's orderDue to some specific details of the customer's international location, we found that we were unable to process the transaction via credit card, and we canceled our credit card payment processing and requested that a bank wire transfer be arranged to complete paymentWhile no charge was ever made to the customer's credit card the bank hold did take a day or two to clearThis unfortunately is controlled by the credit card bank and not Barcode DiscountWe attempted to explain this to the customer although it appears that we were not successful in doing soOur subsequent attempts to contact the customer regarding this transaction were unsuccessfulNo actual billing ever occurred, and all holds should be released at this time

We truly apologize for the delay and regret that this customer had to go through such lengths to get this resolvedWe don't show any records of this customer contacting us to seek a resolution before this complaintAfter making us aware of the situation, our sales manager [redacted] immediately jumped in and provided the customer a satisfactory outcomeWe can now confirm that the customer has returned the items on the order and his card has been refunded
