Our builder (*** ***) uses this company for their Carriage style overhead doorsThe paint between the smartboard and the door cracks and looks horribleWe had our overhead door replaced twice (Aug26, & Sept28, 2016) in just over a month, only to be told after the second replacement that the cracking was normalThey used the excuse that movement of the door when it is opened and closed will cause the paint to crack, however; we had not opened or closed the door within the four hour window after it was installed, and the paint started to crackConsidering they replaced the overhead door twice for the same reason, this confirms that the issue is not normalThey either use a poor quality paint or have inexperienced technicians, because I have seen other vendors' carriage style doors, and the paint and workmanship is 100% better than what Barcol provided to us

Customer is correct that doors are icing/frosting in extreme cold weather. This is due to high humidity in the motel rooms. These doors are 18 gauge commercial steel doors as requested. They...
are not thermally broken like a residential door would be and are not the best suited for this application in terms of insulating qualities. They were chosen for their strength, security and ability to accept the locks being supplied by the customer.
We will be contacting the customer directly to try to resolve this situation as the customer HAS NOT PAID ORDER IN FULL AND THERE IS STILL A BALANCE OF OVER $27,000.00 OWING since November on a $39000 order. This is not a case the Revdex.com needs to be involved with.

Barco doors has responded back to us. But the is still NO resolution.we have been in contact with Mr. [redacted]. My doors continue to freeze shut causing great grief to the operation of motel.
