bank to figure out that indeed I had never been charged back in February. True I was not double charged, however they have done a very very bad job trying help resolve this matter and I still will never do business with them again.  The annoyance they caused is almost as bad as charging me twice.  Please see the attached document, transcript of an email I sent to them which sums up all the thing I went through because of this one transaction)
