Review: I purchased well over 40 items from barefeetshoes.com on 11/29/13. They were running a promotion were they were automatically applying 30% discount to your order. This left the discount field open to add an additional discount code they had on their promotions page. After I added the discount code I made my purchase. I automatically received an email confirmation which thanked me for my order and confirmed my purchase. Within an hour I received a cancellation email which stated I cancelled my order. I quickly sent them an email explaining I did not cancel my order and would like all the items I purchased. Since it was the holiday weekend I was not able to contact the company until Monday. Monday morning I called and spoke with a lady who was not sure what happened, she then transferred me to someone else who stated I was only allows to use one discount code so they cancelled my order! , I explained I only put in one discount code and that the other discount was automatic by their system. She said “Yeah, I see that” I asked if her manager or someone would honor that price and they said “No there was nothing they could do and that the system would not let the put in any more discount codes” I was ticked off and in disbelief that a company would not honor the price on my purchase order and they would have the audacity to cancel my order without my permission!Desired Settlement: I would like the company to honor the price on my purchase order and process my order ASAP!

Review: I ordered a pair of shoes. Paid for 2nd day Fed ex on April 23rd. I still have not received my item. On their website it still says that its processing. There is no Fed ex tracking it has not been sent. Also, I have made several calls on Thursday 25th up until Monday 29th I got no answer. I emailed them no responses. This is not fair as a consumer. They sure took the money out. So where is the product or some kind of update, email response something.Desired Settlement: I don't even want the product just give me my money back and I will not order from this site again. I will have to wait until I go to an area where an actual store is located.

Review: On November 9. 2013, an order was placed on barefeetshoes.com for a pair of shoes. An order confirmation number was received the same day. On November 11, 2013, an order shipping notification was received from Barefeet Customer Service Support with a USPS order tracking number. On November 20, 2013, the USPS tracking tool indicated that the package was shipped and delivered to [redacted], IL. Within the order confirmation, it indicated that the order shipping address was [redacted], VA. Upon contacting Barefeet customer service, the respresentative agreed that the order had not been shipped to the proper address and in order to receive a refund, a claim would need to be filed with the USPS after 21 days. On November 27, 2013, a follow-up email was received by Barefeet customer service confirming the inital call. The email indicated that a refund would be submitted to me once a Barefeet Supervisor approved the claim. Follow-up emails were sent to Barefeet Customer Service on December 11, 2013 and January 2, 2014 to inquire about the status of the claim. On January 3, 2014, Barefeet Customer Service replied noting that the claim had been submitted to a supervisor. Follow-up emails were sent to Barefeet Customer Service on January 24, 2014 and February 4, 2014 to inquire about the status of the claim. I have received no information on the status of my claim, no refund and no product as of February 9, 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for my purchase including shipping costs ($47.99).

Review: I ordered two pair of shoes (order# [redacted]) from this company on 10/20/14 that I have not received. I spoke with a manager prior to submitting order and while on the phone she advised that I submit the order and once she receives the order number on her end she will then request the items come to her location and she will call me the next day or when the items were in her office to advise if the shoes were appropriate to be sent out since my concern was to not receive a shoe that has been worn. This call would also confirm order details. However,I did not receive a call from the manager. I called the following week on Oct 29,30,and 31st to inquire on the receipt of both orders and no one answered in the online department. I then called the actual stores and spoke with a manager in one of the locations who advised they were seperate from the online dept and could not help me. I called the following week and finally was able to speak with someone in the online department on 11/4/14 who advised the previous manager I spoke to quit and they had no notes of conversation but had the order in which was already shipped out but shipped to the wrong address of my billing address in NJ vs my shipping address where I live in DE. She advised no one works on thursday and fri and thats why my calls were mot answered.I explained the conversation and the fact I was suppose to get a call before it was shipped and I never received it. The lady said she spoke with her manager who said I should email my correct address in which I did on the same day and they will contact the post office to ship to the correct address. I still have email that was sent and phone call records to confirm but yet I have yet to receive packages. I called today and spoke with the office manager Elena who said she is the highest person I can talk to , said no owner to speak with. She was extremely rude, would not allow me to explain the issue I explained to representative who transf me to her and she said she will research and then hung up on me. I called back the company and rep said the manager said she is in a meeting. They are refusing to refund my money nor have I received the package..Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and to speak to the owner and ensure they address the unproffesionalism in the office. I am very upset as I really wanted the shoes and due to an unorganized and unprofessional staff I do not have the shoes nor my money. I would rather the shoes and my delivery charge back but because of rude the top office manager was I do not wish to deal wish this company after dealing with them for 6+ years . I am very disappointed.

Review: I PURCHASED A GOLD POCKET BOOK ON SATURDAY. WHEN I GOT HOME I REALIZED THAT THE PURSE HAD SKELETON HEADS DECORATING THE PURSE. I ATTEMPTED TO RETURN/EXCHANGE THE PURSE WHEN I WAS INFORMED THAT THE STORE POLICY WAS NO RETURNS ON ACCESSORIES, WHERE PURSES ARE CONSIDERED AN ACCESSORY. THE CASHIER THEN POINTED TO A SIGN WHICH WAS APPROXIMATELY 8 INCHES BY 10 INCHES. THE SIGN WAS VERY SMALL AND IF THE CASHIER HAD NOT POINTED IT OUT TO ME I WOULD HAVE SEEN IT. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM VERY ANNOYED THAT I WAS UNABLE TO EXCHANGE IT. IT IS NOT LIKE IT IS UNDERWEAR OR ANYTHING SUCH AS. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF BARE FEET SHOES FOR AT LEAST 10+ YEARS AND I FEEL THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO EXCHANGE AT LEAST.Desired Settlement: TO BE ALLOWED TO EXCHANGE THE PURSE, BUT I REALLY WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK; BECAUSE BARE FEET SHOES DOES NOT APPRECIATE LOYAL AND DEDICATED CUSTOMERS SUCH AS MYSELF
