in the next year (75% savings)!" Customers purchased ONE certificate and then received three FREE coupons for later cleanings
Barefoot Housekeeping cannot perform any cleanings for Free coupons, as it has closed business as of OctoberCustomers were made aware of this closure, and Barefoot made every attempt to redeem coupons, as the customer says in his original complaintHowever, with the influx of customers looking to redeem those coupons, there was no availability

I repeatedly contacted Barefoot to schedule a cleaning, but they conveniently failed to respond until after their arbitrary deadline, which was clearly setup with such short notice as to render it impossible to schedule any "free" cleanings
Buy One Get One (or three, as in this case) is a standard advertising method to draw additional customers and is well defined and regulated by the FTCFailing to provide the "free" service simply because the time frame (that you defined) was insufficient, is illegal
While "Barefoot cannot perform any more cleanings", Balanced Earth canSame registered agent, same ownership, same management,Balanced Earth was created only one week before the end of BarefootCoincidence? I think not
