Barefoot Painting

Review: I have tried to contact Barefoot Painting on numerous occasions to determine when they were going to start job that materials had been purchased and to repair nail pops from previous work. After placing several calls, [redacted] called from out of state and indicated that she would call back in two days when she came home, After waiting approx. two weeks, I called again & left message. After another 2 -3 weeks called again & left message. After another 2-3 weeks left another message. No calls were ever returned. Wood purchased began warping and needed to find someone to install wood before further damage. Also, nail pops still need to be repaired on ceiling and walls previously painted.

They started out as very reliable and professional service, returning call on previous job. But after the last job, service began to deteriorate. They would not return any calls and did not stand behind their promise to fix any problems if they occured.Desired Settlement: To repair various nail pops and areas not patched prior to painting ceiling.
