Hello Revdex.com My delayed response in this matter is because this is being handled by my attorney During this time my client refuses to answer any messages and refuses to settle by either accepting a refund or their picturesBoth have been ready for some timeSince November 21st in fact And they have had access to their online gallery and the ability to download (which I am sure they did) This began when I was not able to answer my phone when my client called me times in one day while I was working and not able to answerAs a result she began posting reviews because she was upset as well as now is threatening to sue me for 500k when in fact she paid only $dollars for me to take pictures at her weddingI spent several hours taking pictures at her wedding 10am till or pm as well as several hours editing themI spent $dollars on her wooden flash drive $on her print and over $on her wedding album which she is refusing to takeI am at a loss of what to do and in the mean time I have gotten several messages from other clients asking me why there is someone harassing them and asking them questions that she should be asking meAll other clients have gotten their pictures and it is not her business anyhowAll of this mess is only delaying her longer in getting hersIf this is not stopped and stopped soon, we will be taking her to court for harassment of my clients, slander, and cyber bullying as well as getting restraining ordersIf you have any ideas on how this could be fixed, or how we can get her to settle on either accepting her pictures or a refund for $taking out $for cost of wedding book, flash drive, and print (and includes me keeping my rights to the images that I have taken) then please let me knowI am very distraught that this woman is trying to take a new business in its first two years and run it into the groundMy attorney has attempted multiple times to contact her and she refuses to respond, only to respond by acting out to my other clientsThank you so much for your time
